Candidates must apply online only through the HPCL official website. No other modes of application will be accepted. Ensure that the details provided in the online form are correct, as they will be considered final. Incomplete applications or those not in the prescribed format will not be considered.
Email & Mobile: Provide a valid email and mobile number for at least one year. Pseudo or fake email IDs will attract legal action.
Documentary Evidence: Submit proof of eligibility during the shortlisting/selection process. Any mismatch in the documents will lead to disqualification.
CBT/Interviews: May be conducted on the same day/different venues. No requests for venue/date changes will be entertained.

- SC, ST & PwBD Candidates: Exempted from the application fee.
- UR, OBC NC, and EWS Candidates:
- Non-Refundable Fee: ₹1180/- (₹1000 application fee + ₹180 GST @18% + payment gateway charges if applicable).
- Payment Mode: Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking.
- Important: Ensure the payment status is “Completed” to avoid incomplete applications. Save and print the payment acknowledgment for future reference.
- Note: No other payment modes are accepted, and the fee is non-refundable. Chargebacks are not permitted.
